This is BIG for the Steamboat Springs market! A new construction home listed for $5,495,000 goes under contract. This will be the first transaction in this category in a long time. Here is a brief description of the home:

Recently completed, this exquisite brand-new home is located in the prestigious Eagle's View Subdivision, accessed by Anglers Drive, where you are in the
heart of Steamboat but with the feeling that you are on a far away country retreat. You are captured from the moment you walk in the door with the
AWESOME views which are a perfect compliment to the dramatic timber framing, large beams and vaulted ceilings of the foyer and living room. The master
bedroom is truly luxurious with his-and-hers walk in closets (stackable washer/dryer in one!), huge master bath, private deck and rock fireplace. Four other
fireplaces accent the home: in the living room, family room, office and a unique wood-burning fireplace in the 306 square-foot "outdoor room," which features
a patio with overhead radiant heating. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, with double ovens, Subzero refrigerator and freezer, prep sink, beverage
drawer, 48" Wolf dual-fuel 6-burner range/oven and custom hood, 2 dishwashers and a huge pantry with built-in espresso machine and bonus full-size
refrigerator. The lower level family/recreation room features a bedroom with bath, wet bar, 3/4 bath with steam shower, access to the outdoor hot tub and a
media/home theater room. The entire home is wired for sound and has a cooling system installed. The huge (1677 sq ft) 4-bay garage is a car or toy
collector's dream, and your guests will love the convenience of the porte-cochere at the front entry. And talk about views!! You can see for miles and miles,
with the windows throughout the home thoughtfully designed so as to maximize the views in every direction. With unique finishes including black walnut
doors and trim throughout, real plaster walls, 130-year old hand-hewn barn wood beam mantels and more, there is no other home in Steamboat that
compares! Visit for more photos.
